Purchase of a ticket implies full acceptance of the regulations set out below and an undertaking to comply with the internal signs.
MAGMA will not accept any liability arising from failure to comply with the regulations.
MAGMA does not have an area for accompanying persons, so everyone entering the facilities must have a swimsuit. You should check this before purchasing a ticket. Once made, payments will not be refunded.
ENTRY TO THE THERMAL LEISURE AREA
- The admission time is counted from the moment you enter through the turnstile until you leave. This means that the time in the changing room and showers, on both entry and exit, is included. Customers should make sure that they do not exceed their ticket time: if this is exceeded, a supplementary charge will be made for each extra quarter hour.
- Please remain silent and respect the relaxation of other customers. Inappropriate behaviour that might offend the sensibilities of other visitors, particulary children, will not be tolerated.
- It is not permitted to enter the facilities with any kind of footwear. You can access barefood or with pool socks.
- To enter the thermal leisure area women should wear a swimsuit or bikini and men should wear swimming briefs or trunks. Tangas are not permitted.
- Running and jumping into the water are strictly forbidden.
- The access steps and handrails must always be used.
- Walk with care because the floor is wet.
- The minimum age for entering MAGMA unaccompanied is 16 years.
- Children under 16 may only enter under the responsability and constant supervision of an adult.
- For safety reasons, babies and children aged up to two years are NOT allowed to enter the zones signposted NO BABIES. I'ts forbidden the access to the "Mirador Area"for children under 5 years, as well as, the use of saunas for children under 14 years.
- Entry with floats is not permitted. Outside of the children's zone, children under five years old must wear a buoyancy bubble or armbands. As an exceptional measure, buoyancy bubble or armdands require delivery to first responders to be desinfected before to use. If you don't have them, first responders have it wich are desinfected before and after each use.
- You are advised by Magma that coming to these facilities is not recommended for expecting mothers, for medical and safety reasons, or for anyone who has had a tracheotomy operration, owing to the depth of the spas and swimming pools.
- No food or drink of any kind may be brought into the facilities from outside.
- For hygiene reasons, entry is not permitted to people with plasters casts, bandages or skin wounds.
- Women may not go topless.
- Smoking is forbidden throughout the facilities.
- It is forbidden to take photos with cameras or mobile phones anywhere in this Centre in order to preserve image rights, as established by the Organic Act 1/1996 of 15 January, on Juridical Protection of Minors, in partial modification of the Civil Code and the Rules of Civil Law Procedure, and in due compliance with Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.
Failure to abide by the rules will mean the immediate ancellation of any rights conferred by the purchase of an entrance ticket. Clients who do no respect the rules may be asket to leave.
ENTRY TO THE MAGMA SPA CLUB
Customers who have booked a massage or beauty treatment should go up to he MAGMA SPA CUB (on the first floor) about 5 minutes before the arranged time and wait for their turn in the waiting room.
Customers who are already in the Thermal Leisure Area can reach the MAGMA SPA CLUB by going out through the changing booths in the changing rooms. Users may go up to the Club with a bathing costume and towel.
Customers arriving from outside enter directly from the MAGMA Reception.
Note: Pre-arranged times of treatments or massages must be respected. Any treatment that cannot be given due te delay or absence on the part of the customer cannot be changed, nor can the price be refunded, nor can it be changed to another day.Consequently, we ask all customers to kindly respect the respective timetables.
ENTRY TO THE BUFFET RESTAURANT
To enter the buffet restaurant, first purchase the appropriate ticket at Reception. This ticket gives the right to the all restaurant service and includes one drink per person, dessert and a coffee or infusion of your choice.
The access to the restaurant will be done in turns and should wait to be attended bay our room staff who will acompany to your table.
The restaurant does not have a bar service. Customers must enter the restaurant correctly dressed: swimsuits and towels or bathrobes are not permitted.
LYABILITY
MAGMA is not a medical centre. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or are suffering from any health problem, particulary cardiovascular or respiratory illnesses. All customers enter under their own responsability.
Please remember that much of the floor area is wet, so there is some risk of slipping. Great care should be taken, especially in the case of children and elderly persons.
